Ticket Policies and Procedures
HOW TO BUY A TICKET
As of Monday, March 28, 2022, Marcus Performing Arts Center (MPAC) will handle all single ticket sales for Florentine Opera performances held at Uihlein Hall and the Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall.

MPAC Day of Show Hours
The box office windows and phones will open 2 hours before the opera begins in Uihlein Hall. Box office windows and phones open 1 hour before an opera begins in the Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall.
If you call The Florentine Opera regarding tickets, you will be directed to the Marcus Performing Arts Center.
Single-ticket Buyers
If you have already purchased single tickets to La Bohème and have questions regarding accessibility needs, exchanges, or other venue-related questions, please contact the MPAC box office.
If you would like to add tickets to your order or make an exchange, please contact the MPAC Box Office.
Florentine Subscribers
Current subscribers can contact Ticket and Patron Services at The Florentine Opera Monday – Wednesday between 1 pm – 4 pm, or Marcus Performing Arts Center.
At this time, The Florentine Opera Ticket Office is not open for walk-up sales. However, our Ticket and Patron Services team will respond to patrons within 1-2 business days.
RECEIVING TICKETS
Effective, April 1, 2022 we will no longer mail tickets free of charge for non-subscribers.
Tickets can be sent digitally, be picked up at The Florentine Opera or mailed (for a $5 handling fee). Tickets can also be waiting for you at Will Call one or two hours prior to performance time. *Please see the show venue for Box Office hours on the night of performance.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final unless noted otherwise.
Subscribers/Members can make free exchanges up to 2 days (48 hours) before a performance. A $5 fee applies to date exchanges made less than 2 days prior to a performance. Upgrade fees apply. Day-of exchanges and post-performance exchanges are not permitted.
Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same opera or musical up to one day in advance of your performance date. A $5 fee applies. Ticket price or upgrade fees may apply. Day-of exchanges and post-performance exchanges are not permitted.
CANCELED, POSTPONED OR MOVED PERFORMANCES & EVENTS
If a performance is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund. We will issue a refund to the original method of payment used.
If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, no action is required. We will contact you with options, including account credits, tickets to another show, donating your tickets for a tax deduction, or refund.
Performances and events moved to another location in the same city are non-refundable.
