DANIEL FLEMING, TENOR

Daniel Fleming (he/him), Tenor, is a native of Maryland, and a recent graduate of Northwestern University, Bienen School of Music, where he earned a Master’s in Voice and Opera Performance with Honors. At Northwestern University, he performed Eisenstein in Johann Strauss’s Die Fledermaus (February 2020), and Pat in David T. Little’s Dog Days (Fall 2019), as well as Ferrando in Northwestern Opera Theatre’s Covid 19 version of Così fan Tutte. Mr.Fleming received his Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance from Shenandoah Conservatory in May 2018, where he performed several roles including: Tamino in Die Zauberflöte, Camille in The Merry Widow, and the Mayor in Albert Herring. At Shenandoah, he was awarded the Cecilia Award in Vocal Excellence and won the Student Soloist Competition. He made his professional debut in Florentine Opera’s production of Rigoletto this past October, and looks forward to playing Don Florito in Luisa Fernanda and a Solo Animal in L'enfant et les sortilèges later this season.
